We are looking for students who:
- Have attended at least one full school year (grades K-8) in the Oxnard School District;
- A student must earn his or her diploma during the year of award and must graduate from one of these high schools: Channel Islands, Hueneme, Oxnard, Pacifica and Rio Mesa. The student must be enrolled full-time and must show proof of enrollment.
- Are entering 2-4 year College or University in order to obtain an undergraduate degree;
- Have 2.5 or higher GPA high school transcript (with verification);
- Submit an essay on the Application Form;
- Agree to the terms and conditions of acceptance which will be provided upon Notification of the Scholarship Award.
